United States Ambassador to India Sergio Gor praised Mumbai as he concluded what he described as a \u201cvery successful" visit to the city, marked by a series of high-level meetings with political, business and institutional leaders.<\/p>\n
In a post on X, Gor said he held discussions with Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, Reserve Bank of India Governor Sanjay Malhotra, Reliance Industries Chairman Mukesh Ambani, Tata Group Chairman N. Chandrasekaran, executives from India\u2019s pharmaceutical sector, and religious faith leaders.<\/p>\n
He said the meetings helped build strong momentum across trade, technology, education, energy and resilient supply chains, adding that the U.S.\u2013India partnership continues to grow.<\/p>\n
